"My son Taigh was at 6th Form College last year and was receiving conditional offers from University based upon his predicted grades in maths, physics and PE. Our initial thought was to ensure he gains the predicted grades that would enable him to go to his university of choice and to find a tutor to enable us to do this. Brian worked with Taigh weekly for about 3 months and I recall at the end of the first session that Brian said ‘he is a bright student and we can improve upon his predicted grades’.
Taigh really enjoyed being tutored by Brian and he found his explanations and teaching to be simple, precise, knowledgeable and most importantly understandable. Taigh went from a predicted grade of D to achieving a pass at B and was only a few marks short of an A pass. At university he has found the Maths element of his engineering course to be within his understanding and capability and all this is in no short measure to be the result of the extra tuition he had, but crucially extra tuition from an exceptional maths tutor, Brian O’Byrne".

"Private tuition is always a gamble unless the source is through recommendation. This gamble paid off. The website we used does not give enough credit to this tutor. Mr O'Byrne's patience and knowledge helped my son achieve a B. We are very proud of the grade our son achieved. Mr O Byrne not only inspires his students but creates a determination to succeed."
